Click the download button to get internal-comms.zip.

Unzip it into your "skills" folder
Extract the contents into Claude's "skills" folder:
~/.claude/skills/internal-comms/

Check that SKILL.md exists
Check that the SKILL.md file exists in the internal-comms/ directory.

Restart Claude Code or Cowork
