Usage examples

🚫 Request out of scope
A client is asking me to take on the project design at no extra cost. The contract doesn't cover that. Help me respond in a friendly yet firm tone.
😤 Complaint About a Delay
The client is complaining because we're three days behind schedule with the report. There was a technical issue. I need to respond empathetically and offer an immediate solution.
💰 Discount Request
A client is asking me for a 30% discount on the next project. I can't give in that much. I want to keep him on board without embarrassing him.
⏰ Impossible deadline
The client is demanding that I deliver everything by tomorrow. That's not feasible. I need to renegotiate the deadline without making it sound like an excuse.

Features

Situation Analysis Interpret what lies behind the customer's message—what they really want or fear—in three lines.

Contextual Recommendation Indicate which version is appropriate to use in each specific case and explain why.
Assertive, non-aggressive tone Every response sounds professional and is written with a sense of timing, even if it's sent right away.
